Monaï Telecom is a telecom and technology services company based in Lebanon, operating as a remote contractor to the US market. We provide telecom scoping, engineering support, and workforce staffing — including project managers, A&E engineers, and CAD designers — while building and operating our own software products used worldwide.
Our Story
Monaï Telecom was born from 7+ years of hands-on experience in US telecom — scoping 4G/LTE and 5G-era deployments, managing materials and BOMs, and building automation tools for AT&T, T-Mobile/Sprint, Verizon, and Dish projects. We saw how much time telecom teams lose to repetitive scoping, documentation, and data-entry — so we started fixing it.
Today we operate as a remote contractor to the US, providing telecom scoping and engineering services, staffing project managers and A&E / CAD teams, and building our own software products — a delivery platform, an AI-powered WhatsApp reminder bot, and an Android phone-finder app.
7+ years supporting US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile/Sprint, Verizon, Dish) as a Scoping Manager and Engineer — covering UMTS, LTE, Microwave, and NSB deployments. Hands-on FTTH/GPON experience including OLT/ONU design and provisioning. MS & BS in Computer Communications Engineering (4.0 GPA). Certified Advanced Telecom Rigger.
