  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content.
  • Basic analytics data (page views, referral source) through privacy-respecting analytics.

FindMyPhoneSMS

  • Device identifier for license validation.
  • Firebase Analytics data (anonymous usage patterns).
  • License activation status via Firebase Remote Config.
  • All trigger words, ringtone preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using AES256-GCM encryption and are never transmitted to our servers.

FishMemory

  • WhatsApp messages sent to the bot are processed to create reminders. Message content is parsed and stored to schedule reminders.
  • Google Calendar OAuth data when you enable calendar sync.
  • Mobile app account data (if you create an account).
  • Push notification tokens for reminder delivery.

Arguelne

  • User account information (name, email, phone number).
  • Order history and delivery addresses.
  • GPS location data during active deliveries.
  • Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve our services and products.
  • To respond to contact form inquiries.
  • To deliver reminders, process orders, and manage licenses.
  • To send important service notifications.

  • WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) — message processing for FishMemory.
  • Google Calendar API — calendar sync for FishMemory.
  • Expo Push Notifications — mobile app notifications.
  • Formspree — contact form submissions.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

4. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.
  • Product data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
